Freshmen: 9am-10:30am; Sophomores and Juniors: 10:30am-11:15am; Seniors: 11:15am-12pm

Schedules will be available through Infinite Campus starting 7/29. Follow this Teacher Locator for Orientation Day only, not the room number in Infinite Campus. Find our school maps here, there will be printed copies available as well.

If your student was in a non-FCS school in 8^th grade, please pick up your child’s schedule in the front lobby as you will not have access to Infinite Campus yet. Follow this process for schedule changes. This procedure does not include phone calls or emails. 

All booths will be located in the Hangar on the 1^st floor: 

Hangar West:

• Submit Proof of Residency for 10^th graders: Fulton County Schools require Residency Verification for all 10th graders within the first 30 days of the school year.  Submit your documentation here. Avoid the lines on Information Day and turn in your form electronically today. 

• Proof of Immunization for 11^th graders: you may drop off the document in the drop box located next to the Proof of Residency table. 

• Pick up a parking decal: Fill out the parking application first. 

• Pay optional Project Fee 

• Summit Counseling 

Hangar East:

• Join the IA PTSO: Order spirit wear, join PTSO, pay the optional Senior Celebration Dues. Senior Celebration Dues are different from the IA Graduation Fees which include the cap and gown, diploma cover, tickets to the graduation ceremony, and the fee for the venue. 

• Pre-order a Yearbook 

• Meet the school nurse and drop prescription medication. 

• Tech support for Infinite Campus and Canvas 

• Cafeteria questions 

• Transportation and carpool questions 

Mission Control (Room 122):

• Basecamp Student Counselors: for 9^th graders who could not attend Bridge Week or Orientation Day. 

Gifted Internship Program Advisor 11th and 12th grades only:

• If you are a junior or senior registered for the Gifted Career Internship for the 2024-25 school year, please stop by room 282 to meet your Program Advisor.

Accounts, Updates, and Transportation:

Set up these accounts and find information before Information Day: 

• Set up a Parent and Student account in Infinite Campus to keep track of grades, attendance, assignments, and school announcements: Parent Portal Activation (fultonschools.org) Families new to FCS may be able to set up an account on 7/29.

• Set up a Canvas Parent Observer account. (instructions in Spanish, Hindi, Korean, and Chinese). All teachers will use Canvas for their classroom content. 

• Set up a cafeteria account and prepay for meals: MyPaymentsPlus 

• The application for Free and Reduced Lunch opens August 1^st and closes on September 19^th : School Lunch App (nlappscloud.com) It must be renewed every year.  
• If you wish to donate Walmart and Target gift cards to help families in need with school supplies, please drop them off at the Front Desk. Thank you for your generosity.

• Update your phone number and email address in Infinite Campus: click on the hamburger menu at the top > More > Family information
