IA Outreach – Hembree Springs & AES

We’re thrilled to share that our first event at Hembree Springs Elementary School on September 6th, 2024, was a fantastic success. IA students had a blast with our engaging activities: * Bottle Rockets: Launching our rockets was a hit, with students experiencing the thrill of their creations taking flight. * Modeling Asteroids: Using colorful playdough, students had fun shaping and designing their own asteroids. * Solar System Scrolls: With paper and markers, students drew and labeled all the planets and other celestial objects in our solar system. It was inspiring to see their enthusiasm and curiosity as they interacted with our wonderful volunteers. A huge thank you to Hembree Springs for hosting us and making the evening memorable. We had a great time showcasing our leadership and teamwork skills. Here’s to many more exciting events ahead!
