On Saturday, Nov. 2nd, a team of 4 IA students competed in the 19th Annual Rockdale Mathematics Competition, placing 7th overall among 33 varsity teams. Our top scorer, Varun Gadi, received a near-perfect 8 out of 9 questions correct in the individual round. The entire team worked well together in the other rounds as well, managing a perfect score on the relay round. Congratulations to all of them: Varun Gadi, Audrey Sun, Rohan Bangal, and Vihaan Srivastava.

IA also competed at UGA at the beginning of November. Our Team 1 placed 5th overall out of 90 teams. Varun Gadi received 1st place – only missing one question. Our other top scorers were Zinnun Malikov (18th), Rohan Bangal, Shiv Garg, and Audrey Sun. There were 320 student participants. We compete again this Saturday in Rockdale County.
