Happy Friday IA families,
I’m happy we have had a smooth start to second semester. While the weather wasn’t great, it was fun getting to hear our students had a weekend of fun.
Second semester is always packed as students begin to think about exams, building their schedule for next year, and what comes next for our seniors. I’m hoping we help remind our students the importance of pacing themselves and managing their time well. It’s important that they don’t wait until the last minute with all that is going on or it is likely to get lost in the mix.
As we look at scheduling, Ms. Lundy and the counseling team have done a great job of providing resources to understand the scheduling process and timeline. Please make sure your students are checking their emails and the Teams channel. Getting student schedules on time and with the fewest possible changes helps us make good hiring decisions, so we need to follow the timeline provided.
