The Aerospace Engineering Summer Camps are offered by the Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology at Kennesaw State University. These camps are designed for middle and high school students. The mission of the camps is to provide practical hands-on knowledge to future engineers. They provide a platform for students to explore and understand the basics of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), with emphasis on Aerospace Engineering and Technology. During the camps, students get to experience and learn theory by exciting real-world applications. The camp includes design, build, and fly competitions, Computer Aided Design (CAD), flight simulations, rocket build and launch competitions, drone design, flight demonstrations and lots more.
