Hello IA Parents / Guardians,
Thank you to all those who have signed up! We have (3) open slots for March 6th. Please sign up to welcome our new families and support our school!!
IA admin is hosting the new freshmen families in March and are requesting the help of current IA families to welcome them and answer any questions they might have.
Dates and Times Needed:
Wednesday, March 5th & Thursday, March 6th at 6:15PM-8:15PM
We are looking for volunteers to:
- Welcome families.
- Be available in the hangar to answer questions (wearing “Ask Me” badges).
- We encourage a mix of volunteers from all grade levels, but 9th-grade parents are especially helpful.
- Arrive promptly at 6:15 PM to receive instructions.
- Wear your “Ask Me” badge (provided on-site).
- Stay until 8:15 PM to ensure all families are supported.
- IA admin will host a 30 min ‘training’ for all volunteers on March 4th.
