We are so excited to celebrate the first 4-year class next month!
Please take the time to read the information below regarding graduation:
- Senior Presentation: Refer to the Senior Class Meeting presentation attached for details regarding Senior Check Out on 5/9, as well as other important end of the year information. A recording of the meeting is also available at link.
- Graduation Practice: Mandatory practice is on 5/15 at 5:30pm at Ameris Amphitheater. This is a “Student Only” event, no parents will be allowed in the venue for rehearsal. No cap and gown at rehearsal.
- Graduation Ceremony: Students must arrive at Ameris Amphitheater by 6pm on 5/20. Parking for families will open at 6pm and gates will open at 6:30pm. All guests must be in their seat by 7pm for a prompt start at 7:30pm. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. The ceremony will be live streamed; the link will be shared a few days prior to the event.
- Bag policy: Ameris will allow clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). Strollers and wheelchairs.
- ADA seating: If you need to arrange ADA seating for the ceremony, please fill out this form by 05/16. Please reach out to Ms. Niki McKenzie: mckenzien1@fultonschools.org
https://forms.office.com/r/i9s0WhNmQr- Graduation pictures: CADY will be our photographer on site for the ceremony. Parents and guardians will receive an email from CADY with a link to view and order their images 48 hours after the ceremony.
- Graduation tickets: Tickets will be distributed during Graduation Practice on 5/15. Please use these two platforms to donate or get more tickets. Please note we do note manage this process:

- PTSO Yard Signs:
If you ordered your Yard Sign by April 11:
Your student may have chosen to pick it up at Senior Lunch on April 23rd.
If your student didn’t pick it up on April 23rd, please have them come and pick it up at the front desk. Your student will be required to sign off on the pick-up sheet.
If you ordered your Yard Sign after April 11:
It will be available for pick up by your student on May 9, at the same time they pick up their Blue Envelope.
Last day to order the Yard Sign is April 25. You have the option to have it shipped to your house if you do not want to wait until May 9.
