As school counselors, we often receive opportunities to nominate students for many different scholarships or opportunities, and it is difficult for us to determine which students qualify for which scholarship or opportunity. We will place the opportunities we receive in the Beacon for students to review and if you would like to be considered as a nominee, you can go into the student canvas College and Career module and use the Self Nomination Form to nominate yourself for a scholarship or opportunity. Please keep in mind the counseling team will review all entries to determine if you meet the requirements. Self-nomination does not guarantee you will be selected for the final nomination for the counseling team.
