Hello! My name is AMAAN JABRANI, and I am a junior at Innovation Academy. I am a Life Scout at Troop 143, and I’m currently working on completing my Eagle Project. This is a great opportunity to earn service hours and support a local arts organization that enriches our community.

For my Eagle Scout Project, I have chosen to partner with the Johns Creek Arts Center as my beneficiary. I was drawn to this organization because it plays a vital role in enriching our community. I’ve seen how art can bring people together and improve mental and emotional well-being.

My project consists of two parts designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and functionality for ceramics students including seniors:
-Installing patio tiles behind the glaze room to create a stable, dry outdoor space that provides a proper foundation for a spray booth setup
-Building a walkway connecting the kiln room to the clay disposal area behind the building to create a safe and accessible path for disposing failed ceramic pieces in an eco-friendly way.

📅 Workday Schedule:

• Saturday, Nov 22: 8am–12pm & 1pm–5pm
• Sunday, Nov 23: 8am–12pm & 1pm–5pm

🧤 What to Bring: Required -Closed-toed shoes, work gloves, safety googles, digging tools if available. Tools will be provided.

🥪 Food: Breakfast snacks, lunch and water will be provided.
