The IA SODA chapter is so incredibly proud to announce our partnership with LifeLink to create and organize The LifeLink Experience Program resulting in 5 new GA SODA chapters! This three day internship style program aimed to help Georgia high schoolers deepen their understanding about Organ, Eye and Tissue donation by learning directly from professionals, engaging in interactive experiences, and equipped them with the knowledge to start their own SODA chapter at their school. Participants left the program with an outreach plan for the first semester and closer connection to our OPO, LifeLink. We are so excited to see what these new chapters will accomplish in educating and advocating for organ donation and we are looking forward to collaborating with them in future events!
