We’re bringing students together with business professionals and higher education leaders for a day of hands-on learning, career exploration, and meaningful connections for our annual Cultivate Event!

This will be a half day for our students. The updated schedule for the day is below. We are also still looking for professional volunteers for this event and you can find more about how to sign up below.

Join Innovation Academy for Cultivate: Professional Ready Skills Day on Friday, October 16, 2026!

As a volunteer, you can share your experience, lead an activity, facilitate a conversation, or simply encourage and mentor students as they build skills for college, careers, and life.

No expert presentation skills required; just your time, experience, and willingness to make a difference.

Come connect with the next generation of professionals and help our students take their next step toward success!
