As winters chilly weather begins, the semester comes to an end. While students wrap up their year, they focus on many final tests, assignments, projects and midterm. While students often feel the pressure of these deadlines. The cold mornings don’t help with the stressful afternoons.
That’s why this Tuesday, we were lucky to have the PTSO’s Student Advisory Council, host a Hot Cocoa Bar before school in The Hangar. Because of their thoughtful planning, students could take a moment to relax, drink some cocoa to start the day.
Irene Thomas (11) said, “The hot cocoa was good, and helped me feel less stressed”
Tanvi Nalam (11) said, “It was such a nice gesture, and I liked being able to enjoy something warm during the chilly morning.
Events like these remind us to wind down and rest during stressful times. Thank you to the Student Advisory Council for bringing a sweet end to our semester!
