Last semester, all of IA’s AP Government students participated in CSpan’s nationwide Studentcam competition. The competition involved students making a 5-6 minute documentary about how a current event or past event relates to the Declaration of Independence.

Adrith Iyer and Aydin Wada won an honorable mention award and $250 prize for their documentary A Bulletproof Nation, which discussed the issue of gun violence.
