FCS Innovation Academy is a choice magnet school and requires students to follow set of magnet requirements to stay enrolled from year to year.  For the first weeks of school, we wanted to take the time to remind you of each requirement and how to be successful.

#2 No More Than 10 Late Arrivals or 10 Early Dismissals

This means having no more than 10 late arrivals or 10 early dismissals, BOTH excused and unexcused.  Being at school is important for your academics and to stay connected with students and staff.  Documentation of all late arrivals or early dismissals should be filed in the front office for review by our magnet requirements committee.

All excuse notes should be filed 5 days from the late arrival or early dismissal.

A parent note can only be accepted for 6 late arrivals or early dismissals.

Leaving early for an appt?  Bring your note to the front office before 11:30am for an early release pass.  Bring your excuse note from the appt when you return to school.
