Nature & Photography, the Interdependence with the Mind

By: Kai V.D. Payne

Photography is an activity that not many people get into, either because they find it boring, expensive, or not worth their time. However photography is a form of expression or endearment to a hobby. Capturing a moment can be beneficial to brain development and a record for yourself in the future due to you having that moment saved in time. It is also proven that photography and saving of moments (digitally or physically) can improved brain memory retention.

Nature photography is a great pastime for those who enjoy to get out and just breath in air and capture the moment for the love of it. Nature is able to improve health and wellness of the mind and body. While out in nature it is definitely worth your time to snap a few moments to show others the beauty of nature and for them to go out and spread the word themselves.

For example, this flower in specific wonderfully captured, and a beauty of nature. But not all nature photography is just about flowers, and roses, or lily’s it could be a flowing river, a patch of grass, or even a tree.
