FCS Innovation Academy is a choice magnet school and requires students to follow set of magnet requirements to stay enrolled from year to year.  For the first weeks of school, we wanted to take the time to remind you of each requirement and how to be successful.

#5 Discipline Requirements

The FCS Board policy asks the school to review discipline incidents each semester – any offenses accrued during that semester and also repeated offenses over time.  We ask that students and parents ensure they have reviewed the FCS Code of Conduct for the year and signed off in Infinite Campus.  Class meetings were held the first and second week of school to review culture and behavior requirements including common offenses.  We are here to support our students when they make mistakes, but also want to try and avoid as many incidents as possible with proactive review and support.

“Behavior: All students must comply with the district code of conduct (https://resources.finalsite.net/images/v1782310229/fultonschoolsorg/bymj79nkpd6pdxwayioh/2026-2027CodeofConduct-ENGLISH.pdf).

Students that accrue repeated behavior referrals of Tier I offenses, or are charged with any Tier II, III, or IV offense will be subject to an enrollment review that could include possible probation or withdrawal from the school.”
