To put it simply Prom was a lot of fun, probably the best dance that this school has ever hosted. The event took place on the night of April 17th, 2026, hosted at Ventana’s in the heart of Atlanta and it got everything right. Dinner plans and photo shoots before 8pm would be different for everyone but as far as the venue went, there were minimal complaints among the participants. Ethan Tran (senior) stated “It was a really great experience. Seeing prom at a penthouse, the entire view of Atlanta Midtown — especially the Georgia Aquarium, and the Atlanta Wheel. It’s a really nice experience.” To say the view was nice is a bit of an understatement because it really was that spectacular. On the same note, Yusuf Abdulahi (senior) has to say “The skyline was beautiful, though there wasn’t much space for everybody. I think the venue was picked out very well this year.” The venue being dope as the general consensus is very valid and as far as a school hosted event went, it was pretty darn great.

Saying that Prom is another school dance event with a lot of meaning is quite obvious and may come across as cliché at first, but it’s very true. As a senior leaving high school, prom is one of the few events at the end of that long road and it’s important to celebrate the end of that era. Having that last hoorah with your closest friends will go down as some of your favorite core memories as your high school saga comes to an end. The vibe that I felt driving into Atlanta in the night sky with all the city lights in a car full of clowns was truly a different feeling. Especially the time I had at the venue with all my closest peoples. Prom means something to everyone, even if it wasn’t the greatest night of your life, it was still something. So I hope you enjoyed it while it was here, because I personally thought it was the best night I’ve had with the gang so far.
